Problem is this was NOT shipped from HSN's warehouse, so there was no return shipping label. Had to return it to some 3rd party seller, which meant no access to HSN's shipping discount with UPS. Ended up paying $45+ just to ship it back with $1,000 insurance. 3rd party vendor also means there will almost certainly be a delay in getting refund posted.
