They recently lost their uncle, Ron Palin, to a brain tumour and are taking extraordinary measures to give something back. Please give generously and help them to achieve their goal. They take a winding route, up hill and down dale (lots of them!), from the harbour in Ilfracombe on the North coast, taking in Barnstaple, Okehampton and skirting Dartmoor and Tavistock.

All being well they will finally finish at the ferry terminal in Plymouth on Sunday. They’re not professional cyclists by any means so it’s certain to be quite a challenge. Here he is, looking slightly glum though it has to be said, probably at the thought of all the hills ahead. We’re pretty sure he’ll be grinning from ear to ear afterwards!
